Practice times: TUESDAY & THURSDAY 6-7:30 for the 10U Coed. 7-9pm for the 12 Coed, 14U Girls and 14U Boys. MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 7-9pm for the 16U & 18U Boys. Please be aware that each age group now has it's own page. You can click on the team list to the right on this home page. Hope this helps.
Sign Ups: Sign ups are on Tuesday & Thursday at 7:00 pm. All Xtreme Water Polo players must be registered with USA Water Polo. A one-week free trial is available from Xtreme Water Polo and USA Water Polo.
